Hire is for the whole weekend (Friday to Sunday/Monday) We also do midweek hires yes no problem.

-Pickup from Warana Free

Friday 9-5pm and return Sunday/Monday 9-5pm

-Delivery Local $50 

(Caloundra to Mudjimba to Palmview) (Covers both dropoff and pickup)

-Delivery Sunshine Coast $100

(Coolum, Noosa, Nambour, Maleny etc) (Covers both dropoff and pickup)

-Delivery Sunshine Coast Further $150

(Pomona, Caboolture etc) (Covers both dropoff and pickup)

-Delivery Further $200

(Gympie, North Side Brisbane etc) (Covers both dropoff and pickup)

SETUP/PACKDOWN AS AN EXTRA $50 for 30 minutes

Deposit & Payments:

Payment in Full or on some of items a 30% deposit is required to secure a booking on your confirmed date & time. The remainder of the total is due 14 days prior to your booking. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to your booking the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Weather Conditions:

In the event of extreme or wet weather you must have a Plan B wet weather option. We do not refund due to this as another hirer missed out on your items that would have had a back up venue.

Assumption of Responsibility:

I, the hirer, acknowledge that I am fully responsible for the safety and wellbeing of myself, my guests, and any third parties present at the event. I will take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety throughout the duration of the event.

Care of Property:

I, the hirer, agree to exercise due care and diligence when using the equipment provided by The Perfect Occasion. I will not engage in any activities that could cause damage to the property and equipment. I agree, that in the event damages occur that a fee will be charged to the hirer. The amount will be determined by The Perfect Occasion relating to the level of damage.

Release of Liability:

I, the hirer, hereby release The Perfect Occasion, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, losses, claims that may arise during the hire period.

Damage and Loss:

I, the hirer, understand that I will be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of property belonging to The Perfect Occasion, whether caused by me, my guests, or any third parties present at the event. I agree to promptly reimburse** The Perfect Occasion for any necessary repairs or replacements.

** Quotes will be provided for repair or replacement.
